I have a lot of reason why I love being a Virtual Assistant but I will only give you my first 3 and I hope this interest you too. I have been a Virtual Assistant for almost half of my professional career uhmmm… 4 years.
True, I work on a corporate office trying to find myself success there. I have seen the face of the people working in an office and it bores me. Not to mention how it is like traveling here in the Philippines.
Here it goes my top 3 reason why I love being a Virtual Assistant.
- Yes, you get it right. Travel time. Why people who work in an office travel around 2 hours to Manila from my place. My time is just 5 minutes booting up my PC. Being a Virtual Assistant save me from traveling. I lose the walking and the exercise yes, but this gives me the time to have enough rest & to start working on my client task on time. Gives me additional time for my kids and family.
I do have a nanny to help me out with my kids and cooking while I work. (ssshh… another perks I have is my kids have free internet too!) - Flexible time. I have worked on Eastern time, Australian time, and my time. I love the fact that being a Virtual Assistant mean you get the perk of working on your own flexible time, anywhere! 🙂
- I love my client and they love me back. Oh gracious! I really appreciate them loving me and my effort. Indeed, I am paid by the hour but it’s ok. What I am getting is more than enough to help me and my family strives. Lucky me, I have a supportive client and very loving.
