Ontraport Transactional Emails are one of the email types you can send to your customers. Regardless if you don’t have permission and the customers set the email bulk status to transactional only you can still send them emails and notifications.

In transactional emails you can encourage “social flows” to increase brand awareness. You can include “referral” call to action as well.

- Re-engagement emails. These are emails that asking your contact to interact with your message
